“Spring is when life’s alive in everything” - Christina Rosetti
With the fresh scent of new life in the air, we welcomed spring by celebrating Easter.
We started off by decorating our Easter baskets that would later hold all the eggs and treats. We hunted for plastic eggs in the playground with small sweets inside and then colored boiled eggs in rainbow colors of our choice! The eggs rolled and cracked, the dyes spilled and stained. But how curious we were to see what baby animal might “hatch” from these colorful eggs. Would it be chicks or snakes? Rabbits or squirrels? Our most popular answer? Gummy bears and jellybeans of course!!
Let us be thankful for the abundance of nature’s beauty and all the fun that comes along with it!
