One wet cold December day, the K3 K4 class held a Pajama Party Day. The first real wintery day after a long warm fall, the sudden harsh weather was the perfect background for our festive cozy, lazy day.

The students were excited to see each other dress differently and were happy to see some new props in the classroom such as bean bags, blankets with big pillows, a canopy bed, and lots of Christmas storybooks!

We feasted on chocolate chip muffins and tangerines while sipping on hot chocolate with floating marshmallows. We blasted on Christmas music and danced around jumping from bedding to bedding, slipping on blankets and tumbling around with beanbags! In the afternoon, we settled down to watch classic Disney Christmas movies and the cuddles and snuggles from friends gave us extra warm and fuzzy feelings.

We had a memorable day lounging and rolling around in pajamas all day–like a big sleepover with your best friends without the boring sleep! The day added a bit more magic to this holiday season!
